Now in our 24th year, Pennington Choices was set up by Mark Seaborn in 2000, providing services to the social housing sector across the UK. We began our journey in helping to create safer environments for people and buildings.

We have now worked with more than
800 public and private sector organisations across social housing, NHS, education, and rail over the past 20 plus years. Therefore, we have a demonstrable track record which proves we deliver on our promises, on time and with quality.

Mark Seaborn
Group Director

Mark is the Group Director of Pennington Choices, a company he set up in 2000 to provide property surveying and consultancy services to public and private sector organisations nationwide.

Gary heads a team of property professionals throughout the UK. He has strategic responsibility for  operational delivery, and organisational development.

With over 24 years experience, Dan has progressed from an asbestos surveyor up to director-level management. This vast experience provides him with an exceptional understanding of how to successfully deliver asbestos services.

As Head of Sales, Aileen is responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Aileen plays a crucial role in ensuring the sales team effectively meets client needs while achieving the company's business objectives.
