Now in our 24th year, Pennington Choices was set up by Mark Seaborn in 2000, providing services to the social housing sector across the UK. We began our journey in helping to create safer environments for people and buildings.

We have now worked with more than 800 public and private sector organisations across social housing, NHS, education, and rail over the past 20 plus years. Therefore, we have a demonstrable track record which proves we deliver on our promises, on time and with quality.

Group Director

Mark is the Group Director of Pennington Choices, a company he set up in 2000 to provide property surveying and consultancy services to public and private sector organisations nationwide.
