Our Approach

Now in our 23rd year, Pennington Choices was set up by Mark Seaborn in 2000, providing services to the social housing sector across the UK. We began our journey in helping to create safer environments for people and buildings.

We have now worked with more than
800 public and private sector organisations across social housing, NHS, education, and rail over the past 20 plus years. Therefore, we have a demonstrable track record which proves we deliver on our promises, on time and with quality.

Our clients have full assurance that working with Pennington Choices guarantees they are doing the best they can to ensure compliance and safety within their buildings.

Misson, Vision, and Values

Our company brand is an integral part of how and why we do what we do. It is important to us that new staff are onboard and share our sense of purpose for the organisation which is captured in our mission, vision, and values.
