    All testing kits purchased must be used within 12 months of the date of purchase. Kits returned for analysis after this period will be rejected, and no refund will be provided. This ensures that components remain in a valid and serviceable condition for accurate testing. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the kit is used within the valid period. We do not issue expiry reminders.

    It is essential that all instructions provided with the kit are followed carefully to ensure the safe collection of asbestos samples. Asbestos-containing materials can pose serious health risks if disturbed or handled improperly. We do not accept liability for any harm, injury, damage, or other losses arising from incorrect or unsafe use of the kit or failure to follow the instructions. If you are unsure about how to take a sample safely or lack the necessary competence, you must contact a qualified asbestos professional before proceeding. 

    The results provided from this asbestos testing kit relate solely to the specific sample submitted for analysis. This service does not constitute a full asbestos survey as defined by the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. Where legal duties apply - such as for landlords, employers, or property owners - a full asbestos survey and risk assessment may be required to comply with health and safety law. We recommend seeking advice from a qualified asbestos professional to ensure legal compliance.

    CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY

    1. We reserve the right to change these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this site.

    2. Goods are subject to availability. If we cannot supply you with any components or items, we will inform you and provide you with a full refund if necessary.

    3. We agree to sell you the goods for the price stated on the website.

    4. Prices include VAT.

    5. Payment for goods purchased from this website can only be made by credit or debit card. Please contact our office on 0800 883 0334 if you require further information.

    6. Postage and shipping times refer to delivery in the UK mainland and Northern Ireland only. Please contact our office about delivery outside the UK on 0800 883 0334.

    7. Goods ordered before 14:00 hours GMT will be shipped the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders received after 14:00 will be processed the following working day.

    8. Delivery charges are as stated on the website. Every effort will be made to deliver goods to you in the timeframe indicated, but as this handled by a third party, this cannot be guaranteed by us.

    9. You are responsible for providing us with the correct address details to send your order to. We will refund and cancel any orders where the address is incorrect, or the order is returned to us, undelivered.

    10. You have the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel your order. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.

    RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY        

    1. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

    2. If you change your mind after receiving your goods you can return them to us. For hygiene reasons, we will only refund the price of the goods if they are returned intact, and unused. In this instance, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. Please include your name, address and e-mail with the goods that you are returning.

    3. The returns address for one of our laboratories below will be printed on the pre-paid envelope included in your kit.

    1. If any items are missing or faulty, in the first instance please call our office on 0800 883 0334 and we will replace those items or arrange a refund if you no longer want the goods.

    2. If you change your mind after having placed your order, please note that we aim to dispatch goods on the same day. Please contact our office on 0800 883 0334 in the first instance.

    3. Your order should arrive within 3 working days for orders despatched by first class, and within two days for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery. If your parcel does not arrive, please contact the office on 0800 883 0334.
