Collaborating with Pennington Choices was invaluable in ensuring compliance in our journey of continuous improvement. They worked with us to develop an improvement plan and assisted in its implementation with a Follow-up Health Check. The Health Check helped us to implement new policies, procedures, and processes for all the big six compliance areas. It also allowed us to provide a more robust service offering with assurance across all areas that we are compliant and can evidence this. Throughout this process, Pennington Choices provided collaborative support, acting as a friendly and responsive sounding board for our queries.
Pennington Choices were selected because they are third party accredited under the BAFE SP205 scheme. They provide an excellent, well managed and flexible service along with creating good quality reports with competitive pricing. I would definitely use them again.
Pennington Choices commenced delivery of our current FRA programme in April 2024. The initial programme was 12 months for completing all Fire Risk Assessments, however a revised programme for completing all FRAs by Christmas 2024 was then agreed. Pennington Choices met this timescale, completing all FRAs by mid-December.
Throughout the programme, communication and the flow of information from Pennington Choices was professional and timely, which greatly assisted in the management of the contract and reporting from our side. Any queries raised were responded to appropriately by Pennington Choices with a good level of detail.
We look forward to working with them again on this year’s programme due to commence this Spring.
Our experience of working with Pennington Choices in relation to our Fire Risk Assessment programme has been exceptional. Not only have they delivered the programme ahead of projection, they have highlighted opportunities for cost savings through introduction of a more risk based approach to our reinspection regime. Response to queries, regardless of technical, financial or operational booking etc are answered promptly and professionally in every case.

Not only has the quality of the surveys been excellent, but the turnaround from survey request to survey completion is always quick. Also in being able to access the property data and run detailed reports through their client portal, I couldn’t recommend Pennington Choices highly enough.
