Training

Welcome to our Winter 2010/2011 Training Programme.

Over the past few years we have increasingly been asked to provide bespoke training courses to suit our social housing Clients' requirements.  They recognise that we possess particular knowledge and expertise in a number of key areas and wanted us to use these skills to develop their own day-to-day working practices and those of their teams. 

As a result of this demand, we in turn have recognised that there is a need for training in specific areas such as those we have included in our current programme, and that the training needs to be available to individuals on a public course as well as to entire teams or departments on an in-house basis.

Each course has been devised by the Instructor delivering the course, all of whom possess extensive experience in their particular field.  The learning outcomes of each course are to provide delegates with knowledge and practical solutions to real life work issues and are based on day-to-day work requirements as opposed to pie-in-the-sky theories.

Courses are competitively priced, starting from just £109 + VAT per delegate for a full day's course and if you are already a Pennington Choices client you will be eligible for a 15% discount on delegate and in-house course prices.
