
Solar PV Discussion Forum
Croftons Solicitors and Pennington Choices recently held a discussion forum on Solar PV panels for Social Landlords and Housing Associations. The event, organised by Manchester based Social Housing Solicitors, Croftons Solicitors, included talks from our own Managing Director, Mark Seaborn, Senior Partner at Croftons Solicitors, Lucy Worrall, St Vincent's Housing Association and PKF Accountants and Business Advisors.
The attendees, North West based Social Landlords and Housing Associations, were presented with information on the Feasibility of PV Panels for Social Housing, The Legal Pitfalls, The Journey of a Housing Association in to PV Panels and the Direct Tax and VAT Considerations for PV Panels.
The event was very successful, feedback from the attendees was extremely positive and many of the uncertainties surrounding PV Panels for Social Housing were dispelled during the Question and Answer session held after the presentations.
