Gas assurance
Our qualified engineers and consultants provide services to both landlords and contractors. As well as carrying out independent quality checks for residential properties after servicing visits, we can check also commercial systems and post inspect / test new installations or repairs.
Of course, as you would expect we are Gas Safe registered and all our staff have the appropriate appliance qualifications. While our main focus is on ensuring the safety of mains gas installations, we are also able to provide technical inspection services for LPG, oil and solid fuel appliances.
Our services
We provide a range of comprehensive consultancy services including organisational reviews, auditing management arrangements, project management of new installations, condition surveys for domestic and commercial boilers and systems and advice on alternative forms of heat. When contractors recommend replacement parts we can also check to ensure that these are required - we saved a client £3,000 in one week because of this service.
