At Pennington Choices, we offer a range of technical, professional and management advice and support on property-related issues. As well as providing the full range of building and quantity surveying services that one might expect, we can also assist with:

Labour and Suppliers. Supporting contractors and suppliers of building maintenance services to plan and implement change, including introducing new technology, in order to secure greater commercial success.
Procurement. Supporting commercial organisations in bidding, tendering and negotiating for social housing and other public sector contracts.
Specialist Surveys. Undertaking a variety of property surveys including dilapidations advice in conjunction with lease negotiations, acting as Party Wall surveyor or Expert Witness in property related matters.
Defects. Investigating defects and providing advice and expert reports. Assisting landlords respond to claims under the Landlord and Tenant Act and the Environmental Protection Act.
Contracts. Specifying, procuring and managing programmes of repair and construction with experience in working in the commercial, retail, housing and education sectors.
Compliance. Helping organisations manage the challenge of property compliance. Develop compliance management systems and place service maintenance contracts to manage the risks appropriately.
Health and Safety. Providing expert health and safety advice and support to commercial organisations in support of their day-to-day operations and in undertaking construction projects.
Other roles. Acting as CDM Coordinator and undertaking Fire Risk Assessments, Access Audits, Asbestos Surveys and Asbestos Testing.
