Surveying

Invicta was one of the first inspection bodies in the UK to be awarded the UKAS accreditation for asbestos surveys. In December 2011 Invicta's accreditation was transfered to Pennington Choices Ltd.

At the end of an asbestos survey the client receives a comprehensive report, which includes an asbestos register highlighting all ACMs and presumptions. The register lists all our recommendations for the asbestos materials found, making it easy for the person(s) responsible for the health and safety of others on a premises to comply with the legal requirements. The register also lists materials that were sampled and found not to contain asbestos, so if any contractors need to work on the premises they will know they can do so with peace of mind.

Our surveying services include:

Developing stock survey programmes
Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (in accordance with HSG264, 2010) asbestos surveys
Providing full analysis and reporting
Inputting and mapping on appropriate computer applications
Developing comprehensive remedial recommendations
Developing asbestos removal/treatment programmes
