At Pennington Choices, our mission is to provide a holistic range of consultancy and support services to organisations involved with all aspects of housing. 

We are experts on all aspects of social housing and provide a wide range of complimentary services to local authorities to help them to meet their strategic and statutory roles as well as contractors, developers and other private sector organisations who work in housing.  Of course our skills cross over into other sectors as well and we have a strong and developing presence in assisting the wider public sector and commercial organisations with all types of property and building management and maintenance.

We'll work with you as part of your team, looking to solve the problems you have with your projects. We deliver end to end solutions - we don't just deliver a report detailing what you need to do and then leave you to get on with it, we work closely with you to find the solution.
