Pennington Choices Consolidates with Acquisition

Leading social housing consultancy Pennington Choices expands its offer,
with the purchase of asbestos specialist Invicta Analytical Services.
Established
in 1984, and based in Bromley, Kent, Invicta is a provider of
laboratory and consultancy services on a wide range of activities
associated with health and safety in relation to asbestos.

high quality specialism to any one brief. The purchase of Invicta allows
us to acquire a highly experienced and qualified specialist asbestos
team within the group, greatly adding to our current client offer.”

keeping them advised at all stages of operation, helping meet legal
requirements.”
The move will see current owner and MD David Shah
leave the business, and, two senior operational managers Paul Wright and
Stephen Bridgeman, who are currently employed by Invicta will take
responsibility for overseeing the business on a day to day basis, under a
regional director whose appointment is pending.
Invicta employs 21 staff and currently turns over approximately £1million (£998,073:year ending 31 March 2010).
