We are working with housing providers to provide funding solutions to secure new affordable homes for rent and sale.

Our work includes new build provision in Rochdale and for Trent and Dove Housing.

The HCA have now published their guidance for local authorities who wish to bid for a share of the £100m pot announced in the budget.  A copy is available here.
