The company commenced trading in January 2000, becoming incorporated in April 2000 and has expanded its range of services considerably over that time. We changed our name to Pennington Choices in April 2008, to better reflect our ethos and the diverse range of professional support services we now provide.

As an organisation, we have an ethos which is about providing clients with what they need - not what we want to sell you.  A service which is Director led, with the senior staff involved at the ‘bid' stage actually working with you to deliver the assignment.  An approach which is flexible, responsive and highly personalised to meet your needs - never ‘standard' or ‘off the shelf'.  A style which sees our consultancy team as part of your team - forget that we are consultants - just see us as members of staff - there to provide a flexible solution - because that's the way we see ourselves.  We develop enduring relationships with clients, working alongside in-house staff to make a seamless team based approach.
